Are you an experienced Producer looking to join a fast-growing agency delivering exceptional live experiences for some of the world's leading brands?
We're partnering with an award-winning independent events and experiences agency that's continuing to grow and is looking for a Producer to join its talented Live team.
Working across conferences, exhibitions, product launches, roadshows and experiential events, you'll take ownership of projects from initial client brief through to onsite delivery, collaborating with creative, production and technical teams to bring exciting ideas to life.
The RoleAs a Producer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality live events on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two projects are the same.
Key Responsibilities- Manage live event projects from initial brief through to onsite delivery and post-event debrief.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and venues.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines and critical paths.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production and operations.
- Source venues and suppliers, negotiating costs and managing contracts.
- Manage project budgets, purchase orders and financial reconciliations.
- Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Oversee onsite delivery, ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
- Identify risks early and proactively solve problems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement by sharing learnings and best practice after each project.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys taking ownership of multiple live event projects.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience working within an events, experiential or live communications agency.
- Experience delivering client projects from brief through to completion.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong client-facing experience with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing project budgets, suppliers and venues.
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine passion for live events.
- Salary of £40,000–£45,000

Please note: To be considered for this role, you ll need previous experience working within an events agency, experiential/brand experience agency, live communications agency, or an events team within a marketing or creative agency
. Unfortunately, candidates whose experience is solely venue-side or in-house events will not be suitable for this position.
