Visual Designer (Mandarin Speaking, 3+ years in Graphic Design, 45k-55k, IT

Overview

We have an interesting opportunity for a Visual Designer for a London-based IT firm that offers digital solutions worldwide, including marketing, event management, payment services, customer support operations, and online gaming/gambling sector.

The Visual Designer will work in the London office and collaborate with the Design team in Asia. The role includes creating creative designs for marketing, social media, and in‑app advertising, motion design/video editing, illustration, event print graphics, and ensuring brand compliance.

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing marketing design concepts and managing projects from inception to launch.
• Creating digital art, illustrations, and graphics for social media platforms, events, and in‑app advertising.
• Producing motion graphics and video editing results for campaigns.
• Adhering to brand guidelines and collaborating with brand managers and senior designers.
• Providing unique ideas for social media material and engaging design solutions.
• Ensuring high‑quality design output and meeting project deadlines.

• Minimum 3 years of marketing design experience and 3+ years of professional graphic design/digital art expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related creative tools.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and illustration.
• Experience designing event print graphics.
• Strong hand‑drawing skills with excellent design aesthetic.
• Ability to work autonomously and adhere to brand requirements.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and learning ability.
• Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred).
• Portfolio demonstrating artistic talent and industry‑related work.
• Passion for gaming, design, and the internet, with curiosity and desire to learn.
• Results‑oriented with dedication and high‑quality work.

• Understanding of web/app user interface design.
• Experience in print design for event graphics.
• Experience in 3D modelling, texturing, materials, lighting, camera, animation, and rendering.
• Experience with character or comic illustration.
• Interest in online mobile gaming, especially poker enthusiasts.
