Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Activewear Designer role in a London-based retail company.

The company focuses on seamless technology and soft natural fibers, creating active wear with a special stretch for an extremely comfortable fit.

• Research the active wear industry.
• Submit fresh print and form concepts.
• Integrate into in-house production, supporting every step of the process from concept to delivery.
• Produce technical packs and print designs using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Collaborate with production teams and manufacturers, ensuring deadlines are met.

• At least 1-2 years of experience designing women's sportswear.
• Portfolio exhibiting a keen commercial sense for print and shape.
• Experience working with a retailer or supplier.
• Knowledge of woven and jersey fabrics; strong CP comprehension.
• Competent in producing technical packs and print designs in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Understanding and collaboration with production teams and manufacturers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet important deadlines.
• Preferably speaking and understanding Chinese.
