The role would suit an experienced bids and proposals professional who is not only a talented writer, but also an influential and collaborative communicator.

Bid Writer Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and write compelling, tailored bid responses that align with client requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with technical experts, operational teams and senior leaders to gather relevant information for submissions.
• Create clear, concise and persuasive
• Research and gather information from a wide range of sources, writing content from scratch or editing existing material where appropriate.
• Facilitate win-theme development, storyboarding and answer-planning sessions.
• Review, proofread and edit bid content to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance and high standards of grammar and style.
