About The Role
As a Content Designer at TPXimpact, you will work on projects shaping how people find, understand, access and use products and services making sure content is accessible, easy to understand and in the most appropriate format.
As part of multidisciplinary teams, you will work with other specialists to produce high-quality work that meets the needs of users. Alongside this, you will play an active role in contributing to our Content Design practice.
Responsibilities
- Working as the content designer in multidisciplinary teams designing, prototyping, testing, building, and iterating content for products and services, from high-level flows and journeys to microcopy and long form content
- Creating and editing a wide range of types of content in line with style guides and using plain English
- Working with analytics, data and research insights to support content design decisions
