Coordinate colour workflows across different systems, teams and project types, helping ensure consistency, efficiency and confidence across the operation.

Manage budgets, estimates, cost tracking and reconciliations for grading and colour finishing work, maintaining strong commercial control throughout.

Run attended and remote review sessions professionally and calmly, creating an environment in which clients and creatives can focus on the work.

Work closely with editorial, VFX, CGI, online, audio and delivery teams to ensure grading is integrated seamlessly into the wider post production pipeline.

Anticipate and solve problems relating to availability, workflow, technical setup, client feedback, approvals and delivery timelines.

Ensure projects are managed with a strong understanding of colour-critical review conditions, delivery standards, version control and final output requirements.

Support the continuous improvement of grading workflows, operational processes and ways of working across the business.

Build strong relationships with colourists, assistants, online teams and post producers, helping maintain a collaborative, high-performing studio culture.
