Social Media Creative Expert (12 month FTC)

Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

Here in the creative team, wecome up withlots of ideasand stick them on a lot of different things.

Especially on social media across lots of different channels all over Europe. We’relooking for a social creative to help us create brilliant content that people actually want to watch and engage with.

• Working collaboratively with our social experts across innocent to create and execute brilliant social ideas. Some days you might be creating content for a new product launch. Some days you'll be capturing an event, jumping on a trend, photographing something beautiful, or editing six versions of a Reel before lunch
• We're looking for someone who's equally comfortable holding a camera, pitching an idea and rolling up their sleeves to make it happen
• A good team player, you’ll be comfortable working with lots of people, partnering with teams internally and external freelancers, creators and producers to make the best content
• Presenting and selling ideas to key stakeholders and marketing people
• Working across a range of social channels, comfortable switching between them and crafting platform native ideas for all
• Focusing on the making and craft of ideas, as well as coming up with concepts

• Social ideas across different channels and formats, both paid and organic
• Ideas that work across Europe, as well as local specific executions
• Occasionally, there might be a few other things you support on, especially with your excellent content capturing skills, but the primary focus will be social

• Aniceportfolio of work that showsthe strength of your ideasaswellasyour making craft, across organic and paid social content
• A natural eye for making great social ideas that entertain
• A social native, with heaps of platform knowledge The ability to manage projects from start to finish ina timelyand efficient way
• A decent understanding of our brand
• Experience of working tobrand guidelines, and crafting social ideas that bring brands to life in the best way on social, ideally across multiple markets
• Excellent craft skills, particularly across photography, content capture, editing and utilising new social tools
• Even better if you have motion graphic and animation skills Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with everyone you work with
• Some experience working closely with influencers and creators
