Penguin Random House UK is seeking an editor to join the Puffin 6+ Fiction team, driving growth on major 6+ and YA brands. You’ll manage frontlist/backlist processes, editorial notes, schedules, and metadata across titles, coordinating with authors, illustrators, and internal partners.
Candidates should have editing experience in children’s/YA fiction, strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyse market trends (Power BI preferred). UK-office hybrid role with in-office day requirements.
