Middleweight Graphic Designer

We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate graphic designer, with real confidence in their creative execution who has the experience to be a key player in a creative team, to take on a middleweight designer role. The ideal candidate will be a designer who has a passion for delivering high level creative projects, has a good attention to detail and can demonstrate a strong commercial portfolio.

You will help us build on our strong and established reputation for delivering excellent well-thought-out creative solutions to our clients marketing needs. As a the role you will work closely with our clients and other creatives to produce high level work across digital, print and environmental touch-points. You will have experience in developing unique and impactful branding systems and campaigns that are built to engage and resonate with their target audiences.

As part of a compact team you will be happy to work on all kinds of jobs, big and small, from large brand development projects to simple digital asset design, as well as designing deliverables within existing brand guidelines. This role may suit an experienced junior designer seeking to advance their career, or an established middleweight designer who feels they can bring their creative skill to our agency.

This is a studio based role working from our Central Newcastle-upon-Tyne studio, after a successful probationary period options for flexible working hours and hybrid working will be offered, however, we are seeking a designer who will be based in the studio. Salary will be negotiable and based on experience.
