Model ML is seeking a Brand & Web Designer to own our visual identity across Linked In and the web. You will design and build high-impact website pages in Framer while producing motion and static assets for social channels. This high-ownership role transitions from freelance to permanent, shaping how our AI fintech brand evolves globally.

• Take full ownership of the brand’s visual language across all external touchpoints, from social media presence to complex web interactions.
• Transition from a dedicated freelance role into a permanent position at a fast-moving AI company with a global footprint in London and NYC.

• Design and build responsive website pages and interactive CMS components directly within Framer, moving from concept to live production.
• Create high-quality static and motion assets for Linked In and other social channels to maintain a consistent and professional brand identity.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine Model ML's visual story, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic across pitch decks and digital products.

• Proven experience in brand and visual design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio featuring work for B2B SaaS or fintech companies.
• Expert-level proficiency in Framer, including the ability to build, launch, and maintain live sites with custom interactions and animations.
• Strong background in motion design, utilizing tools like After Effects or Lottie to enhance the user experience and web presence.
