Hiring Design Intern at Sony Music

Essential:
Competent in Adobe Creative Suite; a genuine love of all visual culture; experience with Cinema 4D or similar software.

Nice to have: A self-starter mentality; a proactive, resilient attitude; comfortable working collaboratively in a team; other creative outlets or interests

• Designing treatments, pitch documents, and internal communications.
• Art direction and design for print and digital assets across Sony artist campaigns and wider initiatives, including (but not limited to) logos, single/album/EP artwork, digital assets, and merchandise.
• Layout and design for CD and vinyl formats.
• Liaising with the Visual Creative team and other stakeholders to ensure creative work is prioritised and delivered on time.
• Keeping up to date with the latest design and technology developments.
• Participating in creative sessions alongside the Visual Creative team, marketing managers, artist managers, and other stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Technical skill of Cinema 4D or similar 3D/design software.
• A sharp eye for visual detail and a passion for contemporary design trends across fashion, photography, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills for working across creative and marketing teams.

Annual salary of £28,480 (London Living Wage).
