WEBBER, a contemporary creative agency and gallery representing leading talent, is looking for a London-based Producer to join our growing team. This role involves working closely with artists, agents, senior producers and clients to deliver exceptional productions across fashion, advertising and editorial. Strong production knowledge, relationship-building, creative problem-solving and organisation are central to the role.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to.
  • Manage productions from initial brief through to final delivery, across stills and motion.
  • Create and oversee budgets, estimates, schedules and production timelines.
  • Manage client liaison, artist bookings, travel, crew, suppliers, production companies and on- set production.
  • Oversee post-production, including analogue and digital workflows, retouching, film processing and delivery.
  • Reconcile and close project financials, in a timely manor
  • Advise clients on creative budget solutions and manage projects within agreed budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, artists, collaborators, suppliers and production partners.
  • Support Agents and Senior Producers across projects and contribute to the wider team.
  • Champion diverse, inclusive and accessible production environments.
  • Navigate challenges calmly and proactively, with a solutions-focused approach.
What you’ll bring.
  • 3+ years’ experience in an artist representation agency, production company or artist facing role.
  • Experience across fashion, advertising and/or editorial production.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, negotiation and time-management skills.
  • Strong understanding of stills and motion production.
  • Comfortable managing projects independently while collaborating with international teams.
  • Established industry relationships across production, crew and suppliers.
  • Genuine interest in photography, film, fashion, art and culture.
