Graphic Designer, Creative Design / Digital Art
Our client, a 400-person B2B SaaS company, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their tiny but mighty design team of two.
You’ll work directly alongside their Design Lead as a shared design service across their UK and US marketing teams. That means real variety (social, email, decks, event signage, digital and print campaigns) and real ownership from day one.
Why this role is differentMost junior to mid-level design roles have you buried in a big team, working on one small slice of the brand. Here, you’ll help shape it. You’ll have visibility with senior stakeholders, including the CMO, and your work will be seen and used across two continents.
Location/ Working Pattern:You’ll be based in their London office 3 days a week, with 2 days remote. Because you’ll be working closely with a US-based team, there’s flexibility around your start and finish times so you can catch the meetings that matter, without being tied to a rigid 9 to 5.
What you’ll be doingDesigning across the full mix: digital and print campaigns, social assets, marketing emails, website visuals, presentations, pitch decks, event signage and brochures. You’ll help translate the brand across every touchpoint and bring fresh thinking as the visual identity keeps evolving.
What we’re looking for- Demonstrable professional design experience. Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with Figma a strong plus. A portfolio that shows real range and strong fundamentals in typography, colour and composition. Someone who’s coachable, organised and just as happy working solo as collaborating with a small team.
- Motion or animation skills (After Effects, Adobe Express) are a bonus, as is experience with project management tools and ideally comfort using AI tools like Claude in your workflow.
- Circa £45k pa salary plus a generous benefits package including private health insurance, enhanced parental leave, a contributory pension, 26 days holiday, and a genuinely supportive, low-ego team to grow in.
If you want more ownership, more variety, and a real seat at the table, we’d love to hear from you.
The ProcessOur client is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all backgrounds. Every application is reviewed by a real person, not a filter.
The process is 3 simple stages: a video chat about your portfolio and skills, a video meeting with the team, and a final conversation with the CMO. No design task required.
