H&C Solutions seeks a Graphic Designer for a permanent, office-based post in London Victoria, working Monday to Friday within an established marketing function. This full-time role offers a salary of £35,000 (including tronc) and centres on producing creative assets for a leading hospitality and events organisation. The designer will partner with marketing and music/events colleagues to craft on-brand collateral, spanning internal communications and external campaigns, plus restaurant and live-event materials.

Core responsibilities include developing visual content across varied channels, ensuring consistency, and supporting broader brand projects. Candidates should demonstrate versatility, strong design proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple briefs. This position suits a creative professional seeking steady, in-house employment.

Youandrsquo;ll collaborate closely with the Marketing and Music/Events teams, delivering high£quality creative across multiple channels, including:

• In-house role andndash; working in the office Monday to Friday
• On£brand internal andamp; external marketing collateral
• Restaurant, music and event campaign assets
• Support for a lifestyle magazine
• Sponsorship decks, digital advertising assets andamp; promotional materials

• Minimum 3 yearsandrsquo; experience as a Graphic Designer (hospitality experience beneficial)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign andamp;
  Photoshop
• A sharp visual eye and strong creative instincts
• Confident presenting ideas and communicating with stakeholders
• Practical problem£solver with the ability to deliver effective in£house solutions
• Comfortable working independently and within a senior executive team
• Fluent written andamp; spoken English
