Event Producer

We're looking for an experienced Event Producer to join a fast-paced team delivering an exciting portfolio of B2B conferences, round tables and live industry events for one of the marketing industry's leading media brands. You'll take ownership of multiple projects, working with senior stakeholders, high-profile speakers and sponsors to create exceptional event experiences.The Role This is a hands-on production role where no two days are the same.

You'll oversee every stage of the event lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing event agendas and ensuring all programme updates are delivered accurately.
• Researching, recruiting and managing high-profile speakers.
• Coordinating speaker communications, briefing documents, assets and diary management.
• Updating event websites with agendas, speaker profiles and ticket information.
