Senior Creative Artworker

Established in 1999, XYi Design is a London-based agency with over 25 years’ experience in the localisation of major international entertainment campaigns across both print and digital media. We work for some of the biggest film studios including Paramount Pictures International and Universal Pictures International.

This year we are expanding our production team to include a Senior Creative Artworker who will be a key player in producing key assets for client campaigns and toolkits.

The ideal candidate is a highly creative, detail-oriented professional with a proven ability to produce accurate, production-ready artwork for both digital and print applications. You will have excellent organisational skills, maintaining meticulous file management and consistent naming conventions to support an efficient studio workflow. As part of our team, you will contribute to high-profile international entertainment campaigns, creating artwork for a diverse range of media, including in-theatre posters, large-format billboards, digital displays, vehicle wraps, and immersive environmental graphics such as full train, bus, and station takeovers.

• Producing accurate, press-ready artwork to the highest standard within demanding timescales.
• Maintaining a methodical approach to file management, storage, and organisation.
• Proofing print artwork to ensure consistency and quality across entire campaigns.
• Colour matching images and mechanical artwork against colour profiles, swatches, and reference codes.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing deadlines and priorities.
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Art Directors to implement creative amends accurately and efficiently.
• Advising Creative Leads on the most effective and technically appropriate production solutions to achieve the desired creative outcome.
• Demonstrating exceptional time management and communication skills by keeping Project Managers and the Studio Manager informed of project progress, key milestones, and delivery deadlines.
• Preparing artwork for international markets, ensuring compliance with regional specifications and production requirements.
• Identifying potential production issues early and providing practical, effective solutions to ensure projects remain on track.

• 25 working days holiday per annum plus an extra day each year after 3 yrs of service (Capped at 30 days)
