Content Designer - Design

Position: Content Designer - TikTok Design
We're looking for a writer to collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Operations, Regional Operations, Design, and Localization teams to write campaign content for Tik Tok LIVE (DACH). Through clear and expressive writing, you'll create campaign content to educate creators and viewers, and drive engagement of LIVE product features. You'll work closely with the local operations team and localization specialists to ensure a high standard of GTM materials that resonate with the German market.

You'll also apply and evolve our style guidelines.

You're independent, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving. You have experience juggling multiple projects and prioritizing them to have the greatest impact on your team and the company. You're also a strategic communicator, helping to define product narratives in conjunction with your team.

-Write and own the quality of Tik Tok LIVE campaigns for the German market.

-Collaborate closely with product managers, product operations, regional operations, designers, and localization to set a high bar for overall user experience.

-Ensure consistency between global campaigns localized into German and local campaigns written in German.

-Contribute to our content standards and be a champion for best practices.

-Manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders, and identify process improvements to optimize collaboration.

-Collaborate with, influence, and drive consensus with stakeholders and their feedback.

-Complete high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product teams.

-Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to deal with rapid changes and situations that are not ideal.

-Writing portfolio including, but not limited to: UI copies and campaigns, blog posts, product launch content, email newsletters, style guide additions.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in content design.

-3+ years experience in digital writing for websites and campaigns.

-Experience working on a global product with international partners.

-Experience working in live-streaming business.

-Deep understanding of social media and mobile application users in the EU.Req : A38409
