Working Style: 5 days onsite

Creideas is looking for a talented Interaction / Motion Designer to join a small, fast-moving product team on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. Based 5 days a week in Canary Wharf, London, you'll play a key role in shaping the motion language and interaction patterns for a new mobile product experience. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who obsesses over the detail - timing, easing, choreography and the micro-interactions that make a product feel polished.

• Defining and delivering the product's motion system, from transitions and loading states to micro-interactions and error/recovery moments
• Creating a cohesive icon system and supporting illustrations
• Developing high-fidelity motion prototypes and engineer-ready assets
• Contributing motion principles, tokens and guidelines to the design system
• Working closely with product designers, engineers and product managers to bring experiences to life

• A strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and motion design for mobile products
• Deep knowledge of motion principles, including easing, timing and sequencing
• Experience creating icon systems
• Strong Figma skills plus a motion tool such as After Effects/Lottie, Rive, Principle or similar
• Experience working with design systems and handing work over to engineers
• Understanding of accessibility and prefers-reduced-motion
• Someone highly detail-oriented, self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguity
• Experience with Lottie, React Native, real-time/dynamic interfaces or trust-sensitive products would be a bonus
