Description(AD) production,thisroleensuresworkisproperlyscoped,resourced,scheduled,tracked,anddeliveredacrosstheend-to-endproductionpipeline.

Workingacrosscreative,editorial,andtechnicalteams,youwillhelpremoveoperationalbarriers,maintainworkflowvisibility,andsupporttheefficientdeliveryofhigh-volumelocalisationandaccessibilityprojects.

Your Role Accountabilities ...Actastheprimaryentrypointfor Scripting and Audio Descriptionwork ,ensuringincomingrequestsareactionable,properlytracked,complete,andreadyforproductionschedulingwhilemaintainingvisibilityacrossactiveandupcomingdemand.

Coordinateandmaintainproductionschedulesacrosstranscriptionspecialists,Audio Descriptionwriters,Assistant Editors/QCteams,voicetalent,recordingsessions,andmixingresourcestosupporton-time delivery.

Sequenceworkacrossworkflowdependenciesincludingscripting,quality control,recording,mixing,andfinaldelivery,makingreal-timeadjustmentstomaintaincontinuity.

Provideproductionstatusupdates,trackmilestones,identify risks,andescalateschedulingconflicts,resource constraints,ordeliveryconcernsasrequired.

Coordinatethebookingofvoicetalentandrecordingsessions,aligningtalent,facilities,technical resources,materials,andlogisticswithproductiontimelines.

Supportworkflowreadinessthroughmediamovement,project tracking,hand-offsbetweenproductionstages,scriptversionmanagement,andadministrativecoordination.

Partnerwithcreative,editorial,technical,andproductionstakeholderstoensureefficient,scalableScriptingand Audio Descriptionoperations .Qualifications&Experience...Demonstrableexperienceinproductioncoordination,post-production,localisation,orrelatedoperationalenvironments.

Experiencecoordinatingacrosscreative,technical,andproductionteams,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleconcurrentprojectsanddeliverytimelines.

Experienceandunderstandingofscriptingrequirementsforadaptation,alongsidefamiliaritywithaccessibilityworkflowssuchas

Audio Descriptionand Closed Captioning .Projectmanagementexperiencewithknowledgeofproductionschedulingorworkflowtrackingtoolssuchas Smart Sheet ,Airtable,orsimilarsystems.

Experienceworkingwithtalent,vendors,orexternalpartners;accessibility-relatedcertificationsuchasCPACCisadvantageous.#GCOHybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
