Events range from large scale expo style events through to promotional road shows, experiential events, conferences, launch events, exhibitions and everything in-between.

A strong run of new business wins means there is real appetite for a 3D Mid Level Designer to come on board and work with their talented team. Sitting at the heart of a busy creative department responsibilities are broad and include:

• Turning client briefs into fully realised spatial design solutions across events and experiential formats
• Designing exhibition stands, stage sets, conference environments and 3D activations end to end
• Translating floor plans, blueprints and site measurements into accurate spatial layouts
• Developing 3D models with texturing, lighting and photorealistic rendering for client presentations.
• Collaborating with designers across disciplines and with production teams throughout each project.
• Conducting site inspections, applying spatial design principles around traffic flow and safety
• Contributing to EMEA-wide and multi-location international project delivery.

The right 3D Designer will have a genuine events, exhibitions or experiential background. Understanding how people move through a built environment matters as much as technical 3D design skill. Candidates should ideally be proficient in Sketch Up, Rhino, Revit or equivalent 3D modelling software and must have a proven background in live events, exhibition design or experiential projects. A solid grasp of spatial design principles is ideal and candidates must be comfortable collaborating across creative and production teams on concurrent projects.

Texturing, lighting and photorealistic rendering experience is beneficial but not essential, as is knowledge of temporary structures or exhibition design build processes. Exposure to international delivery or multi-location projects would be a bonus. A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for events and experiential work at scale matter most.
