- Plan and execute live and streamed productions, including multi-camera setups where required
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling video content
- Ensure all output aligns with brand standards and delivers against business objectives
- Manage production logistics including equipment, timelines, and workflows
- Stay ahead of evolving video formats, tools, and technologies

- Proven ability to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video independently
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software)
- Strong working knowledge of camera systems, lighting, and audio capture
- Hands-on experience with live streaming and broadcast workflows (e.g., OBS, vMix, or similar)
- Understanding of multi-camera production, switching, and live event environments
- Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for composition, pacing, and detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver at pace
- Motion graphics experience (After Effects)
- Experience working within a corporate or B2B environment
- Familiarity with streaming platforms (You Tube Live, Linked In Live, etc.)
- Experience supporting large-scale events, panels, or hybrid experiences
- You’re hands-on and solutions-oriented—comfortable owning production from start to finish
- You bring technical confidence and creative judgment in equal measure
- You stay calm under pressure, especially in live environments
- You collaborate easily across teams and disciplines
- You focus on delivering work that is both high-quality and fit for purpose
