Location: Greater London

We are looking for a highly motivated Post-production coordinator to work within the Production Management, Scripted team, supporting the Post-production and Production Executives. This role is to support and manage all Post-Production technical workflows from image capture, media management, QC and delivery for internal and external production partners end-to-end. In addition to supporting the wider Production team where needed. What you’ll do
  • Day to day support of the Post-Production Executive in all technical and admin aspects end-to-end.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders and production partners to ensure all delivery paperwork is accurate and fully delivered as per technical specifications.
  • Ownership and tracking of all post-production admin and data including management platforms, Silver mouse and Airtable and other relevant platforms or systems.
  • Ensure all technical specs are accurate, tracked and updated in all systems/files.
  • Management and communication to stakeholders of onboarding, deliverable masters, QC, outcomes and delivery deadlines.
  • Set up and oversee technical specs and access to Frame IO to enable external Production Partners to share screeners.
  • Media management and internal distribution of online media asset pre-TX.
  • Technical support for Marcomms and partners across premieres, screeners and creation of DCP’s.
  • Ad hoc support to wider Production team.
What you’ll bring
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a professional post environment.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of all up-to-date broadcast workflows and production technology and processes including emerging tech such as AI.
  • General understanding of offline, online, grade, audio, mastering and QC processes.
  • Desirable skills and experience:
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, effectively managing multiple priorities, complex tasks and competing deadlines.
  • Clear, concise, accurate and timely reporting and tracking.
  • Proactively identify challenges and advocate strategic solutions
  • Able to build confidence and trust with stakeholders.
