Location: Greater London
Bentley Systems is seeking a Principal UX Designer for the BIC team in London. You will set the UX quality standard across multi-product surfaces, lead with evidence, and influence product and business decisions. The role requires deep user understanding, strong design opinions, and the ability to raise the whole team's craft.
You will work as part of a global team with occasional travel and flexible hours. Emphasis on AI-enabled UX and inclusive design through mentorship and systemic thinking.
