We have a portfolio of blue chip clients and the current opportunity we have available is working on one of our most prestigious customers, working in a dynamic team, to be responsible for delivering studio-based live broadcasts and webcast support, audio podcasts and video podcast (vodcasts) as required by service demand.

The role combines hands‑on production expertise with broader webcast operational capability, supporting high‑quality delivery for internal, external-facing, executive and stakeholder‑led content.

Key responsibilities:

Studio Broadcast Operations and Webcast Production & Delivery
  • Deliver live studio broadcasts and virtual webcasts, supporting planning, rehearsals, technical setup and event‑day production.

  • Operate and support approved studio, webcast and collaboration platforms in line with internal standards.

  • Coordinate with presenters, moderators, communications teams and technical support groups to ensure smooth live delivery.

  • Monitor live events, manage risks and support real‑time issue resolution across studio broadcasts and virtual webcasts.

  • Support end‑to‑end virtual event delivery, including platform setup, presenter preparation, audience access, interactivity features and post‑event requirements.

Podcast & Vodcast Production
  • Deliver remote audio podcast support and studio-based podcast production, from planning and presenter preparation through to recording and handover.

  • Manage in‑studio and remote podcast recording sessions for interviews, panels, executive communications and series‑based content.

  • Operate and support podcast production equipment and workflows, including microphones, recording systems, remote contribution tools and studio production control equipment.

  • Provide video podcast support when required, ensuring audio‑led production standards, brand expectations and stakeholder requirements are maintained.

Post-Production & Content Management
  • Edit webcast recordings into polished final deliverables.

  • Produce on‑demand versions, edited recordings, highlight packages where needed.

  • Manage stakeholder review, amendment and approval cycles for both studio and webcast content.

  • Maintain source files, final masters, archives and project documentation in a structured and retrievable format.

  • Support with audio podcast editing and video podcast editing where required.

  • Apply consistent naming, storage and handover practices to support governance and continuity.

Stakeholder Management & Service Delivery
  • Act as a production contact for assigned studio broadcasts, virtual webcast projects.

  • Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders on production format, technical approach, timings and delivery options.

  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, communications teams, presenters and technical colleagues.

  • Support executive‑level events and VIP communications with a professional, composed and service‑focused approach.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing constraints early, escalating appropriately with recommended solutions.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain detailed production plans, run books, schedules, service documentation, and technical checklists.

  • Update shared calendars, production trackers and project documentation to support visibility of studio activity and resource commitments.

  • Ensure production activities align with internal technology, data handling, operational risk and conduct expectations.

  • Assist with equipment checks, consumables, studio readiness and basic inventory management.

  • Contribute to process documentation, templates, checklists and standard operating procedures for studio-based production.
