Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the Play Station brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world.

Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the Play Station brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.

Role Overview :

The Video Producer is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) video productions that enable scalable marketing campaigns across Play Station's global business. Reporting to the Director, Creative Video & Motion within Global Creative Services, this role partners closely with Creative Studio, Creative Operations, Account Management, Marketing (Store & Services, Exclusive Games, Third Party Relations, Hardware & Peripherals, and Brand Marketing), Project Management, and external production vendors to deliver high-quality video assets efficiently and at scale.

While DCO initiatives represent the primary focus of the role, the Video Producer will also lead other template-driven and scalable video productions as business needs evolve. As capacity allows, the role may also support broader marketing campaigns and video productions across the organisation. The ideal candidate is an experienced production professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex production challenges, and is passionate about building efficient workflows that enable exceptional creative work.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) video productions from project kickoff through final delivery.
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Serve as the primary production lead for Global Creative Services DCO video initiatives, partnering with Creative Studio, Creative Operations, Account Management, Marketing (Store and Services, Exclusive Games, Third Party Relations, Hardware and Peripherals, and Brand Marketing), Project Management, and external production vendors to successfully execute projects.
  • Coordinate modular video production workflows that enable scalable creative versioning across audiences, markets, platforms, and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee internal and external production vendors, editors, motion graphics artists, and post-production partners throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Ensure creative assets meet brand, technical, platform, and delivery requirements while maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
  • Track production progress, communicate project status, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues throughout production.
  • Develop and maintain production documentation, workflow standards, and best practices that support scalable video production and DCO initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient asset management, version control, quality assurance, and final delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and operational efficiencies through process improvements, automation, and scalable production practices.
  • Support additional video productions and creative initiatives across the Global Creative Organization as business priorities require.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven (several) years of experience producing video content within an agency, in‑house creative organisation, production company, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of video production, post-production, motion graphics, and digital content workflows.
  • Experience managing multiple complex productions simultaneously while balancing schedules, budgets, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration…
