Who you are- Portfolio that demonstrates Stripe / Linear / Vercel quality bar
- Comfortable in Figma + lightly hands-on in React/Tailwind
- Care about the gap between great and 'AI slop'
- Can ship a polished page end-to-end without needing a PM
- Own the design system end-to-end
- Ship one customer-facing flow every 2 weeks
- Set the visual bar that competitors copy
