DescriptionThe Content & Events Producer works closely with the Head of Employee Experience & Communications, People & Transformation and cross-functional teams in shaping our communications, driving excellence and helping to embed a dynamic culture of content-making within the organisation, whilst supporting the delivery of a range of key staff evens throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Employee Experience & Communications (and Director of Corporate Communications) to develop a range of internal and external communications assets and delivery and production of staff and external events.
- Lead the end-to-end management and delivery of a wide variety of content types for our Foundation corporate communications channels, managing the content creation process from beginning to end.
- Lead the end-to-end project management and delivery of a range of Staff Events and external events for the Foundation, including All Staff Away Day and Staff Value Awards.
- Produce written and visual content such as reports (i.e. Annual Report), video and photography, data visualisation, print and design, and audio content.
- Commission and manage production with external creatives and production agencies/freelancers, from contracting to delivery of final assets.
- Manage the production of reports and brand assets, including managing and commissioning the writing, proofing, review and edit of content – creative and productions, freelancers and agencies.
- Support Digital Manager and Employee Engagement Coordinator in upload of content and CMS on various external and internal digital channels.
- Incorporate our current Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments into content production and continue to interpret them into work.
- Work with the wider Corporate Communications Team on managing and editing production for reports and website assets, following the brand tone of voice guidelines.
- Plan and organise external photography and videography where needed on projects.
- Manage the project budgets and timing schedules to include feedback approvals and sign off with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage post-production and editing of creative projects.
- Support the management of the content library of assets.
- Learn and iterate in our content production process, to help us create content in a fair, equitable way.
- Maintain a roster of creative freelancers and agencies and commissioning new creatives.
- Stakeholder management throughout the content production process, from briefing to feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- There will be an expectation for you to regularly work in our offices in Southwark.
- Also you will be expected to attend events or production shoots on location in London and the South East, which may be taking place outside normal working hours or days.
- Role responsibilities are not exhaustive, and you would be reasonably expected to take on wider tasks that are commensurate with the level of your role.
