To support Fremantle's creative journey by delivering AI-assisted creative output and bringing knowledge of creative AI workflows to content creation. This includes understanding the AI tools available on the market, how they work, and how to combine them effectively, so outputs are delivered to the highest creative standard.
The role also requires a clear understanding of how AI-generated content integrates into the wider post-production workflow, ensuring outputs align seamlessly with existing editing, compliance, and delivery processes.
The position will contribute to end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with production and AI domain teams, and demonstrating clear ROI through impactful creative services. The position will work alongside creative teams, follow their ideation while bringing a strong sense of storytelling across genres to enhance and shape the final output.
The role increasingly spans structured tool evaluation and cross-production resourcing as AI capability is adopted across multiple shows at once — designing how new tools are trialled and how AI talent time is allocated across concurrent productions, not just applying tools within a single production.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver AI-assisted creative output in line with production team ideation and storytelling goals.
- Stay up to date on emerging AI tools, including orchestration workflows that chain multiple tools together (e.g., Runway, Veo, Eleven Labs, LTX Studio, Flux, Unreal Engine, Figma Weave, ComfyUI), and identify how they can be applied in Fremantle's creative workflows.
- Ensure any AI tool used in production has been reviewed and approved by the relevant broadcaster before deployment, maintaining a clear, current view of which tools are approved for production use versus trial-only.
- Support production teams during budgeting and planning stages to identify where AI can be applied effectively and cost-efficiently.
- Combine outputs from different AI tools to deliver high-quality, finished creative assets.
- Understand and support VFX workflows, identifying where AI can complement or reduce traditional VFX work (e.g. set extensions, clean-up, background alterations, duplication of extras).
- Create graphic elements — titles, credits, lower thirds and similar assets — using AI tools as part of the delivered package.
- Ensure AI-generated content integrates seamlessly into post-production workflows (edits, compliance, delivery).
- Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects and balance competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Set creative standards, workflows, and best practices for AI-assisted content.
- Partner with production teams to integrate AI tools into existing processes.
- Report to Central AI leadership on outcomes, ROI, and new opportunities.
- Support teams globally, building team capability in creative AI workflows.
- Develop, demonstrate, and document clear “how-to” AI content workflows to guide teams on when and how AI should be used in production moving forward.
- Design and run structured AI tool trials — themed test sprints with a named rationale, ROI case and success metric per tool — before recommending production…
