We’re looking for a highly skilled Retoucher / Image Maker who combines exceptional traditional retouching craft with CGI and the rapidly evolving possibilities of generative AI.

This is a role for someone who thinks beyond conventional retouching. You’ll be equally comfortable perfecting an image in Photoshop, creating and manipulating assets in Cinema 4D, and experimenting with the latest generative AI tools to produce imagery that might not have been possible through traditional methods alone.

Crucially, we’re looking for someone who can bring these different disciplines together — developing the right methodology for each project rather than relying on a single tool or way of working.

You’ll work closely with designers, art directors and creatives across the agency to develop and deliver high-quality imagery across campaigns, brand communications and digital content.

You’ll be responsible for:

• High-end creative retouching and image manipulation in Photoshop
• Creating, lighting and rendering imagery and assets using Cinema 4D
• Using generative AI as part of the creative image-making process
• Combining photography, CGI, retouching and AI-generated elements into seamless final imagery
• Exploring new tools, techniques and workflows as image-making continues to evolve
• Developing bespoke approaches and methodologies depending on the needs of each project
• Working collaboratively with creative teams from initial concept through to final execution
• Presenting your work, process and thinking to people beyond the immediate team
• Helping raise the standard of image-making craft across the wider agency

You’re an accomplished image-maker with a strong eye for composition, lighting, colour and detail. Craft is important to you, but you’re equally excited by how technology is changing the way images can be created.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Expert-level Photoshop and retouching skills
• Strong working knowledge of Cinema 4D
• A rapidly developing and demonstrable understanding of generative AI image-making tools and workflows
• Confidence combining traditional and emerging techniques rather than treating them as separate disciplines
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and image-making
• Curiosity around emerging creative technologies and a willingness to continually experiment and learn
• The ability to work independently, use your judgement and find solutions without needing constant direction
• A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in contributing to the culture of the team
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to explain and present your creative thinking

This is a highly collaborative team, so we’re looking for someone who is confident in their own craft while enjoying working alongside others. You should be comfortable contributing ideas, sharing knowledge and helping others solve problems.

At the same time, you’ll be trusted to work independently — making decisions, taking ownership of projects and finding ways to unblock yourself and others when challenges arise.

The role is London-based with an expectation of 3–4 days per week in the studio.

Above all, we’re looking for someone excited about where image-making is heading: a brilliant traditional retoucher who sees CGI and AI not as replacements for craft, but as new tools to push it further.
