Location: Greater London

We are looking for a talented, versatile and craft-focused Midweight Designer to join its growing Brand & Marketing team, working across its growing portfolio of chef-led premium concepts.

This is a varied, hands-on design role spanning print and digital, from campaigns, menus and signage to social assets, presentations and brand touchpoints. Taking creative direction, you'll execute creative briefs across a broad range of projects, bringing strong typography, layout and visual craft to everything you produce.

The ideal candidate is a confident multidisciplinary designer with a strong eye for detail, a genuine love of design and a passion for hospitality, food and culture. You'll be equally comfortable creating beautifully considered campaigns, building polished presentations or adapting layouts for multi-channel rollout with consistency and accuracy.

As part of the expanding Brand & Marketing team, and reporting into the Senior Creative, you'll have the opportunity to work across a growing portfolio of hospitality brands, collaborating with internal and external partners. With exposure to a broad range of projects and creative disciplines, this is an opportunity to develop your craft, broaden your experience and grow alongside an evolving in-house creative function.

What

You’ll Do
  • Design and deliver promotional collateral, campaign assets, POS, signage, digital assets, presentations and menus across multiple hospitality brands.
  • Execute approved creative briefs across print and digital channels, ensuring work is delivered accurately, on brief and on time.
  • Adapt approved designs across multiple formats, maintaining quality and consistency throughout.
  • Prepare artwork and assets for print and digital production to the required specifications.
  • Retouch imagery and prepare photography for use across marketing channels where required.
  • Manage artwork amends, version control and production files through to final delivery.
  • Ensure design output is consistent and aligned with established brand guidelines across the portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers, printers, suppliers and external partners to deliver projects effectively.
Experience & Skills
  • 3-5 years' commercial graphic design experience.
  • Experience designing for hospitality or food & beverage brands is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience creating motion graphics is desirable.
  • Strong typography and layout knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in artwork accuracy and consistency.
  • Good understanding of production processes and artwork specifications across print and digital.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll Be
  • Creative, curious and passionate about good design
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across multiple brands and projects
  • Proactive, organised and able to work independently
  • Comfortable taking creative direction and developing work through to polished final execution
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Someone with a strong eye for detail, typography and brand consistency
  • A designer with around 3-5 years' professional experience.

Operating within a dynamic startup environment, this position offers significant opportunity for progression as we continue to expand our restaurant and venue portfolio.
