We are Wiser, an award-winning Employer Branding & Early Talent agency. We build employer brands to guide the best in the biz into their dream career with our clients.

We’re a home for people who think big and expect more; where creative and recruitment meet to change the way people think about work — not to mention having the only rainforest in Farringdon.

Our creatives use design, product, film, strategy and marketing to capture what makes companies great and showcase it in the market. Our recruitment teams introduce the right people at the beginning of their career to set these companies apart.

We believe that people will do their best work when they're in a space that enables it. And that's what we've shaped at Wiser — a culture where everyone can be real and back themselves, surrounded by high performers who take ownership of their career and make moves, no matter what their background.

WHAT'S THIS ROLE ALL ABOUT?

We’re looking for an organised, detail-obsessed Creative Producer to join our Films team.

You’ll help bring our films to life, taking productions from initial brief and creative development through pre-production, shoot, post-production and final delivery. Working across multiple fast-moving projects, you’ll coordinate internal teams, manage production schedules and make sure everyone has what they need to deliver brilliant work.

Reporting to the Head of Films, you’ll support the planning and delivery of our larger productions while taking full ownership of projects of your own. This includes managing logistics, timelines, budgets, production documentation, crews and communication with internal teams and external contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial production—either gained within an agency or production company—along with hands-on shoot experience and a solid understanding of production protocols. You’ll be confident running a set, comfortable juggling competing priorities and excited by the challenge of taking a brief from idea to delivery.

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING? Production Support & Project Ownership:
  • Support the Head of Films in overseeing and delivering production processes.

  • Assist with production planning, timelines, budgets and logistics.

  • Take ownership of projects and shoots when required, from brief through to final delivery.

  • Manage multiple production schedules, balancing deadlines and changing priorities.

  • Lead responses to internal production requests, coordinating schedules and communicating availability.

  • Manage resource requests and team capacity planning, coordinating holds, confirmed bookings and team availability to ensure projects are appropriately staffed.

  • Ensure all necessary production documentation is prepared and shared with key crew and stakeholders.

  • Communicate clearly between creative, production and account teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Pre-Production:
  • Create and manage essential production documentation, including:

    • Call sheets

    • Risk assessments

    • Crew and talent contracts

    • Production declaration forms

    • Permits and location agreements

    • Kit hire and bookings

    • Pre-production and post-production meeting notes

  • Secure and organise shoot locations, permits, and compliance requirements.

  • Book and coordinate crew, ensuring all roles are filled appropriately.

  • Source and coordinate international fixers when required.

On-Set & Post-Production Support:
  • Act as the key point of contact during shoots, supporting the Head of Films or independently overseeing operations when required.

  • Communicate confidently with clients, crew and talent throughout the production.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-set challenges calmly and efficiently.

  • Work with post-production teams to ensure the seamless delivery of projects.

Collaboration with Head of Films:
  • Support the Head of Films in maintaining and organising a database of production documentation.

  • Help maintain consistent production processes and ways of working across the Films team.

  • Ensure productions comply with relevant legal requirements and industry standards.
