More about the role:

  • Create write and design high-quality bid proposals that align with client requirements and company standards.
  • Develop persuasive and informative content for bids including where applicable executive summaries case studies and tailored responses to proposals tenders and PPQs/SQs.
  • Utilise design software to produce visually appealing and professional proposal documents incorporating graphics charts maps and images.
  • Aid in the presentation process using PowerPoint and creating printed collateral.
  • Working closely with the sales design and marketing department and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and coherence.
  • Offering wider support when required to the sales design and marketing teams.
  • Review and edit proposal content to ensure clarity consistency and adherence to consultant/client specifications.
  • Manage multiple bid projects simultaneously ensuring timely submission and compliance with all deadlines and requirements.
  • Seek feedback on submitted bids and continuously refine and improve proposal strategies and processes.
  • Create templates to ensure consistency across all bids. Research and implement software that will streamline the bid writing/design process. Completing a tender matrix and documenting where to find content for future use.

Who you are:

  • Excellent research writing and checking skills with close attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge of using AI is advantageous.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator).
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with trends and best practices in bid writing and design.
  • Concern for quality and privacy of information
