Productions is the 'done for you' managed services wing of Eleven Labs made for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts to unlock human-edited dubs, audio books, and more in 15+ languages directly on the Eleven Labs platform.

• Audiobook production for leading publishers and digital storytelling platforms

• Voice creation, sound design, and other audio engineering services for Eleven Labs' largest customers

• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for Eleven Labs customer using different techniques

• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality

• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on Eleven Labs tools and best practices

• Work on Audio Quality rated labeling projects

• 3–5+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields

• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders

• Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)

• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance

• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions

• Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model
