Social Creative; Freelance

Position: Social Creative (Freelance)
We're looking for a Social Creative to join a creative agency on upcoming client projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an idea from initial concept through to shooting and final edit , with a strong understanding of what works on social. The role Develop social-first creative ideas and concepts across Tik Tok, Instagram and other social platforms.

Take ideas from brief through to execution, ensuring content feels native to the platform and audience. Shoot high-quality social content, both independently and as part of a wider creative team. Edit short-form content with strong pacing, hooks, storytelling and platform-specific formatting. Work across a variety of brands and briefs, adapting your creative approach to different audiences and tones of voice.

Bring a strong understanding of social trends, culture and audience behaviour to every project. Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to develop and deliver engaging content. Be comfortable working quickly, responding to feedback and turning around content t we're looking for Proven experience as a Social Creative / Content Creative within a creative agency or similar environment. Strong conceptual and ideation skills, with the ability to generate ideas specifically for social.

Confident shooting and editing short-form social content. Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram Reels and current social formats/trends. A strong visual eye and understanding of storytelling, pacing and hooks. Comfortable being hands-on and taking ownership from concept through to final delivery. A portfolio showing social-first creative that you have personally helped create, shoot and/or edit . £350 £ 400pd Outside IR35 | London / Hybrid If you're a hands-on Social Creative who can think, shoot and edit , we'd love to see your portfolio.
