Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Client Delivery teams to produce polished, on-brand presentations, and develop infographics and data visualisations that make insight content accessible and engaging.Brand & Visual Identity
;
Act as the guardian of Bolt Insight's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Identify opportunities to elevate and evolve the brand as the company scales. Test new creative ideas and approaches with a proactive, experimental mindset, and brief and manage external freelancers and agencies where additional resource is needed.Internal Design Processes & Brand Governance
;
Design and implement a clear, company-wide intake process for design requests. Build and maintain a centralised brand guidelines document that is accessible and usable for all teams. Create self-serve design resources that empower non-designers to produce on-brand work independently. Establish feedback and approval workflows that maintain quality without creating bottlenecks, and champion brand standards in a way that is collaborative and educational across the business.Video Editing & Motion Content
;
Edit and produce short-form video content for social media campaigns, including reels, story ads, and organic posts. Cut and assemble client video reels with branded graphics, titles, transitions, and music. Create simple motion graphics and animated assets to support campaign storytelling. This is a supporting capability rather than the core of the role — you don't need to be a video specialist, but you should be confident and competent with the tools.
You
You have 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio spanning digital and print.
You have proven experience in a B2B environment, ideally within tech, SaaS, consulting, market research, or a data-driven business.
You're an expert in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
You have solid video editing skills and are comfortable in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
You have strong PowerPoint design skills and understand that a great deck is a craft in itself.
You're experienced with Figma and/or Canva for collaborative and templatised workflows.
You have demonstrable experience building or improving design request processes, intake systems, or creative operations workflows.
You've created and maintained brand guidelines that are actually used, not just documented.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup and scale-up environments with limited structure.
Strong creative judgement, you know when something is good and can articulate why.
Operationally minded as well as creative; you enjoy building systems and processes as much as making things.
