Job Description:

Senior Copywriter

We’re seeking a highly creative Senior Copywriter to partner closely with an Art Director to develop compelling, integrated campaigns across various brands on Unilever. You are a conceptual thinker who can generate and own big ideas, then translate them seamlessly across multiple channels and formats.

You’re confident working directly with clients, able to lead conversations with minimal oversight, and trusted to build strong, lasting relationships. A natural collaborator, you thrive in team environments and bring a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.

You’re as comfortable writing scripts as you are crafting sharp headlines, social content, and long-form copy. From TVCs and online videos to activations, OOH and case studies, you bring ideas to life with clarity, consistency, and creativity. You’re also confident attending and leading shoots and edits alongside your Art Director partner to ensure the highest quality output.

• Partner with an Art Director to concept and deliver innovative, high-quality creative ideas that align with brand voice and identity
• Develop and execute copy across a wide range of formats, including social, film, OOH, digital, and retail/POS
• Contribute to and help shape creative briefs and strategic thinking with fresh, forward-looking ideas
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and deadlines
• Ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives
• Present creative work confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
• Actively participate in and contribute to brainstorming sessions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and creative leadership
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative team culture
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new creative opportunities
• Collaborate with external partners and clearly articulate creative vision, objectives, and executional details
• Attend shoots and post-production sessions as needed to ensure creative excellence

• 6+ years’ experience in a creative agency or similar environment working alongside an Art Director
• Strong conceptual thinking and exceptional presentation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong visual sensibility
• Confident, proactive, and highly organised, with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
• Good understanding of AI tools to support the creative process
