What we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced, versatile, Mid-level Graphic Designer to join our London office as a core creative partner, driving multi-channel initiatives in close collaboration with our UK and Australian Marketing Team, alongside supporting local Sales teams.
Reporting to our Creative Director, you will act as the regional anchor for our global visual presence, taking ownership of end-to-end Marketing design needs while driving brand standards across key markets. This role is built for a self-directed designer who operates with high autonomy, managing all design needs for our UK and Australian branches, from high-stakes go-to-market presentation decks to web asset management, print event builds, daily social grid systems, motion graphics, and more.
This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our London Office (Covent Garden).
Responsibilities Include
- System & template architecture:
Partner with the Creative Director to implement, and maintain master design systems, slide frameworks, and shared component libraries across Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. - Cross-market marketing & sales support:
Collaborate directly with UK and Australia Marketing Team for design support on digital & print collateral. Partner with Sales teams to build high-stakes pitch decks, product one-sheets, and client-facing collateral. - Lead product launch visuals:
Own the end-to-end visual rollout for local product launches for the UK and Australia, building bespoke pitch decks, product one-sheets, e-mail blasts and multi-asset sales collateral. - Data & technical visualization:
Translate dense AdTech concepts and complex measurement data into clean, intuitive diagrams, technical one-sheets, presentation decks, research decks and infographics. - Motion graphics:
Produce short-form motion design, animated social assets and dynamic deck components using animation and slide design tools. - Digital & web:
Concept and execute homepage visual blocks, web graphics, event landing pages, and visual site structures that align with broader digital brand standards. - Social ecosystem management:
Design scalable grid systems, standardized social media templates, and bespoke creative assets for high-frequency publishing schedules. - Integrated event & print collateral:
Execute full physical and digital event packages, managing pre-press production for pull-up banners, event merchandise, print invitations, and digital RSVPs.
Here are a few indicators that you're the right person
- You build systems, not just one-offs:
You naturally look for ways to turn one-off design tasks into scalable templates and centralized assets that streamline team workflows. - You balance speed with precision:
You navigate tight turnaround times effortlessly, delivering high-impact, polished assets under pressure without sacrificing details. - You drive the conversation:
You bring strong communication skills to our London office, easily taking the lead in meetings, presenting your work with authority, and facilitating creative reviews with cross-functional teams.
Requirements

- Commercial design experience: 4+ years of multi-channel design experience, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
- Portfolio excellence: A strong portfolio demonstrating expert-level layout, typography, and data visualization skills across a broad mix of deliverables, including pitch decks, one-sheets, digital web assets, social grid systems, print collateral, and light motion assets.
- Proven project ownership: A confident self-starter with a strong project management track record who takes raw briefs, asks incisive questions, and drives complex, multi-asset projects through to completion.
- Advanced tooling:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma, as well as native presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides). - Motion proficiency:
Solid working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (e.g. Jitter, After Effects) for digital ads, social campaigns, and presentations (Google Slides, Powerpoint). - Mastery of print & digital production:
Deep technical understanding of pre-press specs (CMYK, bleeds, vector prep for merchandise and print displays) alongside web UI best practices. - Advanced video editing skills:
