What You Will Do

• Research and assess notability before writing begins
• Write clear, neutral, encyclopedic Wikipedia drafts
• Source and format credible third party citations correctly
• Submit pages through Wikipedia's Articles for Creation process
• Monitor submissions and respond to reviewer feedback
• Revise drafts based on editorial comments until pages go live
• Update and maintain existing Wikipedia pages as required
• Recover and rewrite declined or flagged drafts

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience writing and publishing Wikipedia pages
• Strong knowledge of Wikipedia's notability guidelines and NPOV policy
• Excellent research and citation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear written communication and attention to detail
• Experience handling declined drafts and reviewer responses is a strong plus
