- Level-up design throughout Axle as the first product designer
- Understand user problems and design great experiences
- Build systems enabling strategic and scalable solutions in Claude and code
- Deepen the culture of user research across B2C and B2B2C products
- Lead Axle’s visual identity and storytelling through web, animation, and video
- Work with global clients to improve their user experiences
- Enable and coach others to raise the quality of design output
- Support how Axle represents itself to prospects, clients, investors, and potential employees
- Experience designing products and great user experiences
- Ability to understand user problems and solve them through design
- Ability to build strategic and scalable design systems in Claude and code
- Experience with user research
- Strong visual identity and aesthetic skills
- Experience with web, animation, and video
- Comfort working with technical details and sophisticated technology
- Strong curiosity about the world and how people experience it
- CV and portfolio required
- Must answer application questions, including UK visa sponsorship needs
