Location: Greater London

This role is a Fixed-Term Contract until the end of December 2026.

We’re looking for a Digital Producer with strong VFX experience to join Studio B and help bring ambitious digital content to life.

You’ll be confident taking projects from initial brief through to final delivery, working across long-form and short-form digital content, including You Tube, social platforms, branded content and digital campaigns.

You’ll work closely with clients, creative teams, production, post-production and VFX, bringing together the people, processes and resources needed to deliver brilliant work. You’ll understand how to turn creative ambition into a clear production plan while keeping budgets, timelines, scope and quality firmly under control.

This is a role for someone who is creatively minded, commercially aware and technically confident, with a genuine understanding of digital production and VFX workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Take ownership of digital projects from initial brief through to final delivery, turning creative ideas into clear production plans, treatments, schedules, budgets, shot lists, VFX plans and delivery requirements.
  • Produce a range of digital content, from longer-form You Tube films and branded entertainment through to short-form content designed for digital and social platforms. You’ll understand how production, storytelling, pacing and delivery requirements change depending on the format and audience.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and agencies, leading status meetings, managing expectations, capturing decisions, coordinating feedback and keeping communication clear, proactive and professional.
  • Build and manage production budgets, cost trackers, schedules, scopes of work and change control. Identify risks early, manage scope and ensure projects remain commercially on track.
  • Work closely with Creative Directors and wider creative teams to understand the ambition behind an idea and determine how best to produce it within the available budget, timeline and resources.
  • Work closely with VFX artists, supervisors, editors, colourists, sound teams and other post-production specialists. Understand the requirements of VFX-heavy projects and ensure the right information, assets and resources are in place from pre-production through to final delivery.
  • Understand how production decisions impact VFX, including plates, camera and lens information, tracking, reference photography, HDRIs, clean plates, green screen, motion control, data capture, turnovers, renders, compositing and final delivery.
  • Manage production schedules, crew bookings, supplier briefs, freelancer onboarding, locations, equipment, shoot logistics, call sheets, risk assessments, post schedules, client approvals, QC and final asset delivery.
  • Keep feedback structured and manageable across creative, client, production and post teams. Make sure everyone understands what has changed and the impact on budget, scope or timeline.
  • Brief, negotiate with, onboard and manage external VFX studios, post houses, production companies, freelancers, crew, suppliers, studios and specialist vendors.
  • Ensure content is produced and delivered correctly across digital platforms, including You Tube and social channels. Understand different aspect ratios, resolutions, durations, codecs, captions, thumbnails, audio requirements and platform specifications.
  • Maintain a high standard throughout production and post, ensuring creative intent is protected while managing technical specifications, brand requirements, legal clearances, usage rights and final delivery requirements.
  • Spot risks, blockers and production challenges early and find practical solutions. You’ll be someone who stays calm when things change and knows how to keep a project moving.
