Senior Producer

We're looking for a Senior Producer to join a fast-growing, creative agency producing social content, film, animation and mixed-media work for major brands across financial services, lifestyle and technology.

As Senior Producer
, you'll take ownership of key productions from brief through to delivery, leading pre-production, shoots and post-production while keeping budgets, schedules and creative quality on track.

You'll partner closely with Creative, Strategy and Client Services, build trusted client relationships, manage crews, talent, locations and suppliers, and mentor a Producer within your team. You'll also help refine processes as the production team grows.

You'll bring strong experience producing video, photography and social content within an agency or production environment.

You're confident running shoots, managing budgets and logistics, negotiating fees and usage rights, and solving problems calmly when plans change. Experience with production management tools such as Scoro is useful, alongside a genuine interest in sustainable production.

You'll join a collaborative, growing team with plenty of ownership and exposure to ambitious creative work. The setup is genuinely flexible, typically two office days across Tuesday to Thursday and three from home.
