80 is a globally operating creative and film studio producing world-class content for some of the most influential brands in sport and entertainment, including Formula 1, NASCAR, Nike, Red Bull and Alpine F1 to name just a few. You'll sit at the heart of our creative team, working alongside directors, editors, designers and producers to create world-class visual effects across films, social content, brand campaigns and live experiences.

One week you might be creating photoreal CG environments for a Formula 1 client launch film. The next, developing impossible transitions for our global clients or building cinematic visual sequences for one of the world's biggest sports brands. Its about inventing them.

• Create premium VFX for commercial, branded and entertainment projects
• Design and execute high-end compositing, CG integration and motion design
• Build cinematic visual sequences from concept through to final delivery
• Collaborate with creatives from the earliest stages to shape ideas, not just execute them
• Develop innovative techniques that help define the Concept
  80 visual style
• Help establish workflows that allow us to deliver exceptional work at speed
• Stay ahead of emerging tools, AI workflows and new technologies that can elevate our craft

We're Less Interested In Where You've Worked And More Interested In The Work You've Made. You'll Probably Have Experience In Many Of The Following Tools

• Advanced After Effects
• Cinema 4D, Blender or Maya
• Unreal Engine
• Houdini experience is a bonus
• Redshift, Octane or Arnold rendering
• Strong compositing skills using After Effects or Nuke
• Motion graphics and title design
• Tracking, keying and CG integration
• Lighting, rendering and look development
• Colour workflows and finishing
• AI-assisted creative workflows

Most importantly, you'll have an incredible eye. You'll know when something feels believable. You'll know when something cuts through, has impact and hits you on social. You'll care enough to keep pushing until it's right.
