Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Development and Production Assistant (Womenswear) role based in Greater London. The role involves supporting the womenswear design and production teams through sample development, tracking styles from concept to final product, and maintaining accurate documentation and production calendars. Development responsibilities include assisting Qualtiy Control, maintaining onsite fabric admin (booking in new fabrics, transfers) and assisting with quality checks to ensure garments meet brand standards.

Production duties will include maintaining BOM information updating technical and production files, sending fabric, trims and spec packs externally, liaising with internal teams to support smooth communication, and providing general administrative assistance to the development and production functions.
