In Creatives Services, we bring ideas to life through standout design and storytelling, delivering visual and interactive content across video, digital and experiential. We manage campaign origination, design, production and execution.
** Role responsibilities
*** Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualise design concepts and user flows, iterating based on feedback and user testing.
* Utilise design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across projects.
* Implement responsive and adaptive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
* Work with internal stakeholders to produce engaging high-quality digital content for various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, and emails.
* Ensure designs are effectively communicated and implemented in collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
* Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in all design work.
* Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers and developers across the organisation to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
* Participate in design retrospectives, connect with peers globally, and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.
** Qualifications
* ** Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and demonstrable experience, 5+ years.
* Proficiency in graphic design and UX software, including Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
