A fast-scaling health tech brand is building its in-house creative function, and their design function sits right at the centre. You'll work with in a pod structure alongside a copywriter, producing at pace across Meta, Tik Tok and Connected TV.
What you'll do- Design and iterate performance creative across paid social and video channels, primarily Meta, Tik Tok and CTV
- Work closely with a copywriter as a pod, moving quickly from brief to test to iteration
- Take direction from creative leadership and contribute your own point of view
- 3-5 years' design experience, including time at an agency
- A portfolio that shows craft, range, and the ability to iterate at speed
- Comfort taking and giving creative direction
- DTC experience is a plus, but category background is not a requirement
