Executive Producer

Executive Producer | London | Hybrid | 6-9 Month FTC Maternity Cover | £55,000 - £65,000

We're looking for an Executive Producer to join a growing creative agency delivering social content, film, animation and mixed-media production for leading brands across financial services, lifestyle and technology.

This is a high-impact maternity cover role for someone who loves brilliant creative work, strong teams and making production run smarter.

As Executive Producer
, you'll lead production delivery, manage and mentor the production team, and act as senior across complex projects.

You'll work closely with Creative, Strategy and Client Services to turn ambitious ideas into achievable production plans, overseeing budgets, resources, workflows and quality from pre-production through to final delivery.

You'll also have the chance to strengthen processes, improve ways of working and create greater clarity across a busy production function.

You're an experienced production leader with a strong background across live action, animation and mixed media.

You can confidently lead teams, manage senior client relationships, oversee multiple projects and budgets, negotiate supplier and talent agreements, and stay calm when challenges arise. You're also comfortable using production management systems and adopting new tools.

This Executive Producer role offers real ownership within a growing 60+ person agency, alongside varied creative work and an open, supportive culture.

The working model is flexible, typically two office days across Tuesday to Thursday and three from home. You'll also receive 25 days' annual leave, an additional day each year and a Christmas and New Year shutdown.
