7xContent, a fast-growing podcast production and growth agency working with shows including The High Performance Podcast, Ramit Sethi's Money for Couples and Man Alive with Dr Jeff Foster, is hiring a Video Editor to join its roughly 15-person, remote-first team.

What you'll do- Deliver a full-length podcast video edit of about an hour, formatted for You Tube and Spotify
- Cut a punchy one-minute trailer for social media
- Produce short-form clips for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok and You Tube Shorts
- Apply colour grading, sound design and subtitling to a high standard
- Contribute title and thumbnail ideas
- Collaborate with the podcast producer on narrative and pacing
- Attend occasional in-person shoots and meetings in London or the UK
- Strong video editing skills including colour grading, subtitling and sound mixing
- Comfort in the Adobe Suite, with Premiere Pro and After Effects as the key tools
- An understanding of hooks, cliffhangers and storytelling that retain attention
- Access to a powerful editing setup and fast internet
- Offered full time, open to employees or contractors
- Edits are tracked for performance and iterated on week to week
