Premier League Studios produces and distributes international media content for the Premier League, providing content services to its partners and fans worldwide.
- Bring briefs from Producers, Editors, and senior creatives to life through motion design, editing, and visual storytelling
- Create social-first content across Field of Play and off-pitch output, tailored to the platform and audience
- Use motion design, graphics, and editing techniques, including grading, transitions, and effects, to create engaging content
- Use design and motion to add context, clarity, and storytelling, helping audiences understand and connect with the game and narrative
- Support the development of creative solutions for field-of-play and off-pitch content
- Build motion graphics templates and help Assistant Producers and Editors create content efficiently
- Respond to live moments and contribute to content briefed, created, and published within minutes or hours
- Participate in weekend work and matchday operations, supporting live football content in a fast-paced editorial environment
- Work with Producers, Editors, and senior creatives to interpret briefs and deliver against creative objectives
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing ideas, inspiration, and creative references.
- Passion for social content, motion design, and visual storytelling
- Strong design, motion, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that captures attention and connects with audiences
- Understanding of social media platforms and what drives content performance across channels
- Curiosity about content performance, audience insights, and platform trends, using feedback and results to improve creative output
- Understanding of how audiences consume social content and how this should shape creative output
- Understanding of how design can improve comprehension, retention, and accessibility for audiences less familiar with the sport
- Ability to work at pace in a high-volume, fast-moving environment with changing priorities
- Organised and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities and respond positively to feedback
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to develop, with a proactive approach to learning and taking on new challenges
- Willingness to seek feedback proactively and learn from more experienced team members
- Ability to build strong working relationships and help maintain high creative standards
- Curiosity about social design trends, creative references, and emerging formats, with the ability to apply relevant learnings.
