Producer, Creative Arts​/Media, Video Production

We are looking for a highly organised and skilled Producer to join us on an initial 6‑month fixed term contract supporting one of our amazing client brands with some critical campaign & project shoots from conception, planning, through to shoot, post‑production & final asset approval.

As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in planning, quoting, and managing the delivery of photographic and video shoots during this four month period working with an array of agencies & freelancers as necessary to obtain the right skillset to deliver the right results.

You will be responsible for understanding client briefs, interpreting production requirements, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth running of the production process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of photography and video productions, from initial client brief through to final asset approval

• Interpret client requirements and develop detailed production plans, schedules, and budgets

• Produce accurate cost estimates, source suppliers, and manage production spend to ensure projects remain within budget

• Coordinate all aspects of pre‑production, including casting, crew booking, location sourcing, permits, call sheets, logistics, and shoot schedules

• Build and manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, production partners, and specialist suppliers

• Lead shoot‑day operations, ensuring productions run smoothly, safely, on time, and to the highest creative standards

• Partner closely with clients, account teams, creatives, photographers, directors, and post‑production teams throughout the production lifecycle

• Manage project timelines and proactively identify and resolve scheduling, resource, or budget risks

• Oversee post‑production workflows, ensuring edits, retouching, colour grading, and final deliverables meet client expectations

• Ensure all deliverables are reviewed, approved, and delivered in line with agreed specifications and deadlines

• Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers, talent, and production partners to maximise value and quality

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations throughout delivery

• Support the implementation of production best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure all shoots comply with health and safety, legal, licensing, and brand governance requirements

• Keep up to date with industry trends, production technologies, and emerging techniques to enhance production quality and efficiency

• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to plan, cost, and co‑ordinate all services required to deliver shoots

• Deep understanding and appreciation of both photography and videography

• Prior experience with food advantageous

• Solid experience as an agency‑type Producer in a production environment

• Ability to scope and plan projects within timescales and budget

• Good understanding of production techniques, including remote production and digital technologies

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, creative teams, and talent

• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively

• Willingness to work irregular hours

• Existing relationships with production companies and talent at a local level
