Graphic Visualisation Associate

We are seeking a talented individual to join our International and Global Specialties Sales Desk team, part of our business at Marsh Re. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Graphic Visualisation Associate is a hands‑on creative production role focused on creating, formatting, and delivering high‑quality client‑ready materials, with a particular emphasis on RFPs and other sales support content. This position supports visual production and delivery within the team.

• Assist in the design and production of presentation and report materials, with a strong focus on RFP responses and other client‑ready content.
• Support the creation of visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and other desktop publishing outputs using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Apply data visualisation and visual articulation techniques to help communicate information clearly and professionally.
• Work within corporate brand standards to ensure materials are consistent, accurate, and aligned to guidelines.
• Support the sourcing, creation, and maintenance of reusable assets such as graphics templates, images, and digital content, including maintaining libraries in SharePoint where required.
• Make updates and revisions to materials at different stages of the review and production process, as directed by the team.
• Work on multiple projects at once, keeping the team informed of progress and prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues across the team through email, IM, live meetings, and in person.
• Stay up to date with software, digital tools, and industry best practice relevant to graphic production and visual communications.
• Support colleague education around branding, templates, and basic design principles where required.

• Demonstrable experience in graphic design, desktop publishing or a similar creative support role, with the ability to translate those skills into first‑class PowerPoint presentations and other DTP tools.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and work on multiple project deliverables with tight deadlines.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practice, latest trends and progression in the design sector.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of print production and artwork preparation.

• A degree in graphic design, graphic visualisation, desktop publishing or similar.
• A creative approach to enhancing client‑focused content.
• Experience creating and editing simple videos.
• Using Microsoft SharePoint as an asset repository as well as a tool to collaborate and co‑author documents.
• A future‑focused approach to integrating digital collateral into the sales process.
• Working in an insurance, reinsurance or financial industry setting is useful, but not essential.
• Experience using AI‑enabled tools to support content creation, visual development or production efficiency.
• Branding guideline experience.
